My private Heaven

1/ OUTLINE
+/ Thesis: my most impression is my grandmother's "army vegetable garden".
+/ Body:
. located: near the 1A national highway, in front of her house.
. variety of vegetables:
The cabbage : big , fresh- like an army being willing to fight with enough weapons.
The califlower: as white flower with widely open eyes, and its leaves to safe its eyes.
. Besides: onion, Chines parsley, flagrant knotwed,etc beds.
* All are taken care of by her warmly, clever hands. It not only provides the safe, nutritious food but is the source of her joy.
+ Conclusion:
It's my private Heaven helping me learn how to work and understand the true worthy of working from the daily life.
2/ ESSAY:
My grand mother's house is the Heaven to me. There are many fruits: mango, banana, jack fruit, etc and a garden of colourful flowers: rose, daisy, orchid, for-get-me-not,... But my most impression is her "army" vegetable garden.
The garden is near the 1A National Highway and in front of her house.So when you pass over her house, you can easily see it. I call it the " army" vegetable garden because of the variety of vegetables: cabbage, letture, califlower,... In the center of the garden is the cabbage bed. The cabbages with big , fresh and green leaves look like the volunteer young girl who are still twentyish. Next to the cabbage bed is the califlower with widely open eyes, and their leaves are long covering over their eyes as the arm of a mother protecting her child when he/ she is young.
In other small ground, my grandmother plants other vegetables ,such as: onion, Chinese parsley, flagrant knotwed that are not as much as the above vegetables. But it play an important role in her daily life because it makes the food more smelly and dilicious.
The garden is taken care of by her warm,clever hands. She waters it, takes the worms away and weeds everyday, therefore it's difficult to find out any worms or weeds in here. Although it's not over large, about 400 meters, it provides not only the safe, fresh food but the source of her joy after the hard working days.
The garden isn't so large but it has become my private Heaven. Everytimes I visit her, I find out an interersting new lesson about how to plant or seed a kind of vegetable. Especially, I learn how to work and I also do understand the worthy value of working from the daily life.

Which will you choose, a State company or a Private company?

Outline:
1/ Introduction:
I prefer working in a private company to working a state company.
2/ Body:
+ A private company pays higher salary and it’s easy to rise.
+ A private company has international working environment and better working conditions.
+ It’s easier to have a suitable working position , which depends on your own ability.
3/ Conclusion:
I rather work in a private company.


SHORT ESSAY

I was born and grew up in a poor family that both my parents were teachers. I strongly belived that every Tet holiday when my old friends had new clothes or a large amount lucky money, my brothers and I still wore the old clothes and had just a little money or no money. Now my older brothers work for an international company, Prudential Vietnam, so my family conditions are changed very much.I’m learning about English and my fututre plan is working for a pivate company, not a state one.
Nowadays the most worthy problem to a worker or a student who has graduated from University is salary.Working for a state company , you’ll receive a low salary about 1.5 to 1.8 million, a small amount of money that is not enough to meet one person needs; while the salary of a private one for the stater is about 3.5 to 3.8 million depending on your position.Moreover, if you work in a state company ; for example you are a teacher, it takes you 3 years to be raised your salary coefficient, at that time your salary will be increased from 200000 VND to 500000 VND, a very small money,too. But working in private company , you will receive an added bonus if you work well.
I love the international environment of private companies. Working on time is a must, especially when you work in the Japanese companies.In addition to this, its environment is full of competion and requestes you to know how to contrive many difficult new situations. Moreover; private companies that many of them are international companies have investigated a lot of money , modern and well-equipped technologies, so they have better conditions to interest the talent engineers or architectes… than in state companies.
The final thing that I like private companies is the chance to do in here. It’s said that the employers of these companies wanting to employ the person by his own abilities not by his large relatioships.So, it’s easy for you to have a worthy position if you are well-educated. However; you seldom have a good working position in a state one. I think this will limit many chances for the person having true ability without the large relationship.

Which is your choice?

Are you a student? Are you a worker? Are you a person who is finding a job? You learn at a school, a university, or an international environment or any kind of education, of course you want to have a high salary or a soft work,.... But have you ever wondered yourself that where you will work? will work in a national company or a private individual be your choice? Which is better? Many people try their best to have a position in a national company. Personally, I'm of the opinion that working for a private individual is better for the following reasons.
Body:
1/ compare between working in a national company or for a private individual:
In national company(A) : work along administrated hours (8 hours/day)
leisured work_suitable for the women taking care of their house and raising their children.
Private individual(B): sometimes you have to work on sundays if your boss needs you.
Hard working can be easy to be stress , a big problem in our modern society.
2/ in A you will have a low salary and be difficult to have the chances to improve your position. sometimes you need to have a large relationships to help you have a position in here.
+ in B you have many chances to test your own abilities, new jobs... it's the good chance for the person who wants to improve their new skills, who wants to have new challenges .
3/ From all ideas above, I want to choose working for a private individual.
